Factory Tour Scheduling
Do I have to schedule the Factory Tour or does my CA do that as part of the PCD schedule of events?

Your CA should schedule the PCD and the factory tour is already automatically part of that, so you won't have to do anything special to get it. At least, this was so in my case.

The factory tour will be part of the PCD as long as it is open that day. I've seen comments about it not being available. But the day my son and I did PCD we got a factory tour, and we did nothing to make that happen.

Factory tour !

You won't be through with PCD until ~2pm. Most hotels want you to check out by ~11 or 12am. Sometimes a hotel will grant you a late check out if you ask. If you're concerned about luggage, don't be. Everyone will check out and bring their luggage with them.

If you are not on a scheduled tour, go to the information desk at the museum. Nicely, ask to be on the waiting list. Chances are there is a spot for you. If not in English, go on the German one.
