quick need your guys advice

Found a clean 07 white/black interior 335i has sport and premium and cold package.
Has 70k miles new tires. They will do $21,500 for it. Is that a good deal?
Carfax looks real good with lots of service records

For an 07? No. I'm thinking in the 16k price range is a good deal. Go online and google some prices from various sites. My 330 (2006) was 16 about a year or so ago, so this is a year later and your 335 (2007) should be about that price.
Also, is it cert/pre-owned? Do you have a friend (mechanic and/or body shop) who can look at the car and test the paint? Just cause carfax was clean doesn't mean the car didn't have work on it. Then again, having work on the body isn't necessarily bad - it could be door ding, minor scrape that had no impact on the engine/etc - but you want to know before you buy, not after

In Dec 2011, I got 20,000 for my '07 with 59,000mi and the CarFax showed a single accident two years prior.

16-17K does sound more reasonable, like Furby mentioned.

Bought my '07 328i with 79k miles on it for $15,000, and with tax it was $16,500 - AND it has the cold weather package. I even got them to knock $1000 off the price just because of the mileage and the fact that my hood has some hail damage (not noticeable unless you're looking at it in a certain light but still), the car has been in 2 minor accidents which were both listed on the Carfax, and there was some work done on the body by one of the previous owners. If you go check out the car in person, DEFINITELY try to get them to negotiate with you, even if you feel like you know the car's history inside and out.

1. Be very careful when buying from your average used car lot. Get a PPI to make sure you're not buying lots of neglected maintenance and accident damage.

2. $17-18K definitely seems doable just based on a quick search I did around me. Like this for example. And this one.

I just paid 14k for my 07' 328i with 70k. Do your research on the car and then if you still want the car you can negotiate a lower price. Never pay sticker price at a dealership
