94 525i red light idle

Just had my transmission rebuilt and drained my bank account. So now on to other issues. When stopped at a red light, only on occasion, when completely stopped the car will jerk forward like a bad dog on a leash. Wondering if perhaps it is a misfiring spark plug? I say that because it happens infrequently, and only when stopped.

Does the idle speed increase when it happens?

If so, buy a can of carb cleaner and clean out your ICV.
