Hello,
My 2002 M5 had a leak in the radiator because the power steering pump broke off the bracket. I've replaced the radiator and still have a leaking problem. The radiator is leaking from the drain plug. I have replaced the O-ring on the drain plug, also tried wrapping the drain plug and O-ring in plumbers tape. Tried using another drain plug, nothing seemed to work. The radiators fins were dented, but it didn't seem to make it to the aluminum hoses within the radiator. Any suggestions, tips would be helpful!!! |

The plastic along the old radiator leaked. Replaced the radiator. The new radiator leaks from the drain plug. I've replaced the new radiator plug with a different plug. It's still leaking. it it makes any difference it's a behr radiator.

Bring it back to where you bought it, should be a part warranty.
