2013 M3 Convert - good offer?

looking for feedback re offer on the following m3 vert:

- space gray over blk lthr
- carbon lthr interior trim
- DCT transmission
- Prem package
- Htd frt seats
- Sat radio
- BMW Apps

Sticker is $79,595.

Was leaning towards offer of $500 to $1k over invoice - $73.5k to $74.5k. Assuming can get this done tonight - would net the $1.5K holiday cash against this as well.

Will be lease for 36/39 months, 12k and 7 MSDs.

I would aim for $500-700 over invoice before the incentives are taken into consideration. Subtract Holiday credit and loyalty (if applicable). For leasing, .00125 is the base rate for the coupe and I believe the same for the vert. On the "Ask a Dealer" forum will be the residuals.

Just pick one up for $800 over invoice.
