Rattle sound when car waiting for red light

So, what happened is, the when my gear is on D and I applied brakes, just like when waiting red light turning green at intersection, I can hear the rattle sound coming from inside the dashboard or vent, anyone has same problem? It really bothers me.

My 528 engine most of time is loud when waiting for green light or running in low speed. No idea what is happening.
