Where do you see me or ard saying that it was OK to finger those two women? We're not and I certainly not. But what I AM saying is that on top of that, adding insult to injury.. not. It's adding INJURY to insult is going a few steps further beyond and above the humiliation. And what I am suspecting almost to a certainty is that she was doing this on purpose. That is adding a physical abuse - as in inflicting pain - as in an attempt to inflict a disease such as vaginal infection or urinary tract infection ON TOP of her search. It's adding that extra layer that I am sure she is aware of that is showing her extra mean intentions.

This unlawful "search" is simply absurd, and if it is "standard procedure" then whoever put the procedures in place needs to be held accountable.

There are lots of ways to throw away a career. It would seem that such a deep and serious transgression of so many norms- professional, human, woman to woman- that this isn't a 'shame'. IMO a shame is when someone slips up in a relatively minor way and pays a huge price (like giving a girlfriend a ride in a patrol car in violation of depr rules, etc...that's a shame).

Or one could say that every single criminal act is a 'shame' went it leads to some consequence...

We didn't jump to a conclusion, it's simple humanities.

Drug search= car or person, not fingerpoppin azzholz and vah jay jay's.

Cavity search by a TSA- meh I don't like that, but I feel in the circumstances it would be more appropriated than by any other LEO, especially doing so in the field.

Only licensed medical staff should be inside a human body and the onus and burden on the police should be so cumbersome it thwarts these searches.

Defiantly should have had a warrant.

About a year ago I was stopped on the Bayshore expressway ostensibly for speeding. Another officer showed up and they persuaded me to submit to a search of my vehicle and person for drugs. Lucky for me, there were no roaches in the ashtray, rare for me anyway. They didn't go cavity but it was a full pat down. The other cop was trying to keep it light. I didn't get any sort of ticket and drove off feeling a bit weird and peeved.

The chances of anyone carrying drugs in a cavity while driving on everyday stuff are extremely low IMO. Maybe going into prison to visit perhaps

Police should not be allowed to use tactics to trick you out of your rights, if the Miranda was justified then, I think it applies in other areas like here.

Any officer that deliberately uses tactics to infringe on ones legal rights should be charged with terrorism. Because that is what they are doing is terrorizing the citizens.
