F10 CAS read coding data error

I get a "File for cafd_00000000f-005_024_222 file not found! (C012)" when i try to edit it. I've looked around this forum for someone with the same error but only found people get this when they try to access the HU_CIC.

I also tried replacing the SWE files in my C:\ESysData\SWE that didn't help. I'm using pzdata 47.5 and I've set my EST to C:\ESysData\e-sys est\Code Away.est

any help is appreciated. thanks in advance!

cafd_0000000f.caf.005_024_222 was one of 6 that were in 47.1 and orphaned in the 47.4 PSdZData release.

I assume you have it now.

You do not need any files in C:\ESysData\SWE. This folder can be empty.

The SWE files in the PSdZData folder here C:\ESysData\psdzdata\swe is all that is needed.

Yea kasdar sent me the link to download the file, have had a chance to do it yet. I should be good after installing it, thanks for everyone's help!

This is for your F01/F02 CAS Module I presume, and sadly you won't find it.

It is one of two known "oddball" CAFD's that made it onto a few cars when 2.46.3 and 47.1 was current, but never made it into any PSdZData release.

These two CAFD's essentially do not exist:

cafd_000000f9.caf.007_002_157
cafd_0000000f.caf.005_024_231

Your car needs to be dealer programmed with the latest ISTA/P or your CAS module flashed with newer firmware.
