How do I set heater/air default to off??
I can't seem to set the air conditioner/heater to NOT turn on when starting my car.
I do not want either to come on unless I turn the control to on. HOW do I do this? 2013 650i

I don't think you can on your own. There is a logical reasoning behind this. One member said to circulate oil in the a/c system, another one said its because of the cabin filters, to avoid mold etc... Who knows
I believe if you really want to remove this feature, the dealer can program the car to get it done.
