6 Series
The BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations. |

I don't know of any simple adapter that allows you to replace the replace the CD and end up with just an Aux input. You can have an Ipod (Iphone) adapter, they run $350 or so. There is a Dension Gateway that I believe has Aux along with Ipod functionality, it runs $450 or more. The problem is that the CD Changer is connector to the MOST bus which is Fiber Optic signal. So you have to have an Analog to Fiber Optic Digital converter of some type.
To add Aux input to your car and you are good with a DIY you could buy the Aux Input kit from BMW, take apart your center console to connect the wires, then pay the dealer to code it to your car (or learn how to code yourself). From memory the Aux In kit runs around $80, then the dealer programming runs $150 to $250, all depends on your dealer.
