Anyone up for a Houston Meet ?

Hey, thanks for doing that, unfortunately i may have spoken too soon...i'm unavailable saturday morning due to a prior commitment. I can Sunday, however, same time/place if everyone else is game?

For reference, yes, Galleria area, Uptown Park plaza (large shopping center with restaurants, shops, etc...old meeting place of Coffee n' Cars).

I'm not available on 26th but am available on 12th. If attendance is looking slim for January, maybe we can set a date in February. Also, if attendance is high, we may need to balance the number of coders (FYI, I'm a coder) and the number of those looking to get coded so that everybody who wants to get coded can get coded.

In Houston gotta get Shawn Sheridan out there. Once you guys get a groove going we can do a Texas meet and we the DFW group can meet the Houston group somewhere in the middle.

I'm interested, too. Let us know the date and location.

I'm assuming the original thread creator can't update the thread title to remove the date?

This brings up another unrelated question, does bimmerfest need any new moderators? Now that i've gotten a BMW i'll definitely be on here all the time and can assist if needed. I've been a mod on other sites like androidforums.com, xda, etc...happy to help if there's a need but not sure how it works "around here".

FWIW my first available weekend is Feb. 1st.

I played around and couldn't figure out how to do it. I can do it on several other forum I belong to, but this one must not allow title changes.

I believe you can edit the title if you hit first "Edit" and then the "Go Advanced" button.... or perhaps only within a set period of time after creating the thread originally...
