BMW Office / call back sender / messages

Ok, so I discovered a very weird problem with BMW Office. I do have an iPhone 4S, which is connected as it should, and text messages appear in the Office/Messages menu. Once you actually click the message, one of the options is to "call back sender". Once I click it, it proceeds to dial a number in Puerto Rico (should be my wife's number who does not have that number).

I checked every entry in my phone, and none have that number. It is a number I do not recognize.

I tried to reset/re-pair the phone to reset the Bluetooth connection. No luck.

Anyone else having this problem?

Update... Received text from another contact, and tried the same thing. Number being called was different, so I'm assuming this is a vehicle not a phone problem.

No one else has experienced this?

This happens when the text msg is an iMessage. If you disable iMessage (which has its downsides) this will work normally.

Has something to do with the the identifier to the phone indicating it is iMessage and NOT a text msg.

I would hope that BMW/Apple can figure out some patch in the future to allow for proper callback to the contact's mobile #.
