M42 solid lifter conversion

E30 (1982 - 1993)
God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993.

M42 solid lifter conversion

My question is the people at VAC suggested i get a Solid Lifter conversion for what im wanting to do to my M42 and that's make it a high Revving engine. and from what i understand these will fit the M42 is this correct.
