F12/F13 How do I get the air/heat off upon starting my car?

I can't stand getting in my car everyday and having to shut the air/heater fan to turn the system off.
How can I program the car to have a default off heat/air conditioner off or set to where it was whe I turned the car off?

In Florida this time of year it is beautiful out and I have the top down a lot and have zero need for any air conditioning.
Can I set it myself somehow??

You need to code it, so you need E-Sys application, PSdZData Coding Files, and an ENET Interface Cable.

Or, you can find a Bimmerfest Coder in your part of Florida, and ask them to do it for you.
