Upgrade sat nav / tv head unit

Hi all, not posted for 18 months as sold my old X5 4.8is, missed her so just bought another one lol the new one year 05, has the old analog tv still so I think I will update the whole head unit, I'm looking for freeview TV in motion, DVD player, new sat nav with Bluetooth phone and iPod integration. Been looking around and found the Dynavin system and the D9MMI system. The links are below, if anyone has any news on these or a better solution please let me know. Wanna try and keep it all up front, plug n play and try to keep the original look.

The car has PDC so if this can be integrated into any system that would be good.
