6 Series
The BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations. |

Dynamic Drive warning
The Dynamic drive warning keeps appearing on my 6 series, but it looks like everything is okay. If i turn the engine off and restart again it goes away. Anyone with a similar problem? or can anyone shed some light into this?
Thanks in advance, |

I had the same thing happen. Sometimes it's low power steering fluid. Often it is voltage related. I ended up having to replace the battery and alternator and no problems since.

Hi! Always first thing is top up the power steering reservoir, doesn't take much to top up/not expensive. tThen do a dynamic drive reset, it is in the manual basically turn the steering wheel lock to lock a few times..... as said once done 9/10 it fixes the issue...

Topping up the power steering fluid was the solution for me. Make sure you use the Pentosin fluid - not generic autoparts store fluid.
My level was very close to the correct level, but just adding a little to bring it up to the correct level resolved the warning. |

Engine bay, passenger side, between the coolant expansion tank and the strut tower. Should be marked "CHF11S Oil Only".
There are always traces of the oil on the surface of mine around the cap. I think I am going to check whether there is a replaceable gasket under the cap. |
