It's essentially the same. Just a few exterior parts are different I believe. Maybe oil pan?

I remember reading that the main problem with the swap was that you had to make your own tie rods or something weird, do these mounts avoid that problem?.

By the way, today was particularly lousy so I took a quick picture for those that had never seen metering lights. This is what you wait in at the on ramp to get on the freeway, 3 lanes of people just stopped:

But look at that free flow on the freeway lanes! That's what metering is for. If not you get a large quantity of cars entering at low speed, which causes the right lanes of the freeway to slow down. Speed differential between lanes is a no-no.

I know, I like the metering lights. But I like them better when they're not quite so backed up. It was actually clogging the intersection.

The metering lights don't always make it perfect though, so often we have wrecks or other ish jamming the freeway. Check out the other side of the freeway.

Also, leaving work is a metered small freeway interchange which backs up the 4 east bound lanes on 92 for a good 2.5 miles and still doesn't help 880 much anyway.

With my work schedule I miss the meters by about 10 minutes.

I don't get the people that wait in line for the meters and then blow through them. Why don't you just go in the carpool lane?

Gah! Stupid appraiser. Used the cheapest/lowest price units around me with the cheapest finishes to come with a value for my unit...
IMHO his number is WAY to low.
I just sent him my mortgage person what I believe to be better examples. Hopefully he will adjust.

I just saw the butter in my refrigerator and wondered the outcome of Franklyn's butter/coffee roommate situation.

Do I have to do laundry tonight if the only thing I'm going to wear this weekend is a tshirt, my swimsuit, and flip flops????

Motivation waning

Joe, thought you had the car already???

Nope! Just stack it up for the stuff when you get back!

In other news:

A guy goes to the Post Office to apply for a job. The interviewer asks him, "Are you allergic to anything?"

He replies, "Yes, caffeine. I can't drink coffee."

"Ok, have you ever been in the military service?"

"Yes," he says, "I was in Iraq for one tour."

The interviewer says, "That will give you 5 extra points toward employment." Then he asks, "Are you disabled in any way?"

The guy says, "Yes. A bomb exploded near me and I lost both my testicles."

The interviewer grimaces and then says, "Okay. You've got enough points for me to hire you right now. Our normal hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can start tomorrow at 10 a.m., and plan on starting at 10 a.m. every day."

The guy is puzzled and asks, "If the work hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., why don't you want me here until 10 a.m.?"

"This is a government job", the interviewer says. "For the first two hours, we just stand around drinking coffee and scratching our balls. No point in you coming in for that."
