750 Collision Repair - New Century BMW

Figured I'd give these guys a review on here since they did such a good job with my car. Was hit a little over a month ago and had some damage to the quarter panel, door, and frame on the rear driver's side. It was an insurance job, and my car's a lease, so it had to go to a BMW Certified Collision Center. New Century in Alhambra was the closest. Car came out looking new as far as I can tell so far (lots of body glaze on it for now), and is quiet on the inside with no unexpected road noise or part rattling. Definitely no change in handling or anything like that. Re-alignment appears to be fine. Took just about as long as they estimated it would, and everyone I dealt with was responsible and efficient at what they did. Final bill was about $16g's.

I drove past there for the first time about a week ago, that place is sorta hidden. Is that the dealer you bought your car from?

was the rear quarter and frame replaced? looks very good

Thanks. Yea I'd never been to that area before using these guys. The dealership and the collision center are a few blocks away from one another. I bought mine at Pacific, where I've had no problems with their sales team - but I've had alot of problems when dealing with their service center over the years.

Bruno - door panel along with some of the mechanical parts such as the soft-closer mechanism, quarter panel, and that lower skirt panel were replaced. Car was mostly disassembled and placed on a frame straightener to fix some of the damage on the lower portion of the passenger area.

Yikes, THIS is why I'm glad I'm leasing, if you were financing kiss your resale goodbye
