Doors locking and unlocking whenever 1st gear used

Hello gang,

Has anyone head of a solution to this quirky problem. The doors lock and then unlock whenever the car moves of in first gear. It gets annoying when driving in traffic.

I have a 2002 BMW 318i E46 sedan.

All help greatly appreciated.
