Battery keeps going dead!!

Ok, my battery is completely dead. I noticed that there is something that continues to blow in my cabin when I shut the car off. I don't know what the hell is it. I know for a fact that my A/C was disconnected..but why is something blowing, and what is it?

It happens to everyone at some point.
