2013 X5 Premium SAV 19 wheel question

My X5 Premium came with the stanard Y-split spoke wheels 19X9, with 255/55/19 tires. I attached an image of what my current wheels look like.

I'm looking at 20 inch wheels and like the look of the 214 or 299 style wheels, that run with 275/40/20's in the front and 315/35/20's in the rear.

Does any know if any modifications have to be made to the standard X5 to accomodate the 20 inch 214 style wheels?

I have seen a fender flare extension kit.

Anyone step up from standard 19's to 214 or 299 style 20's?

I can buy from You those standard 19' for right price

You can put them on without the fender flares but they'll stick out past the body. The flares are what come stock on the vehicle if you opt for the 20" wheels from the factory.
