From his poor grammar skills and the fact it photo'd outside of MAACO and he's kept it for short time is all red flags - i bet that price keeps dropping until he can sell it to someone young enough who doesn't know better...

At that price save up for a proper m5. It really depends on the person than the car. I could see a drug dealer buying this car thinking its a great deal.
When I am looking for an e39 I like it just to be stock with no mods and proper maintenaince
