Potholes!

I have had my wheels removed multiple times due to a slight "shake" and have got an alignment still can't seem to figure out the issue but I would get the alignment if you've replaced all four now and get them balanced at the same time. IMO smoother ride and even wear on your tires. I got an alignment and two balances when I replaced all four tires and wheels.

I haven't done an alignment yet and I don't have any issues so it's your call if you feel you need it or not. I've also had H&R springs and spacers installed as well.

Then again, kbeamer is claiming some kind of shaking so I suppose every situation is different.

Do you notice any pulling or vibrating
or anything out of the norm?

No pulling or vibrating but there is a slight vibration I attribute to the bad tire....

I'm more concerned about uneven tire wear...

My biggest thing was the slight vibration after getting four new tires and wheels done. And secondly the uneven wear afterwards. Just watch it closely. And if you still have a vibration after you have all four replaced I would rotate, Balance, align once more. I got a discount since I watch my bmw personals website for coupons on alignments. You might want to take a look and see what specials your dealer is having.

I keep a record of all my alignments to watch my specs as well.

That would make sense... I have to start watching those things a little closely.. And watching the potholes... It hasn't snow much but there are a considerable amount of potholes that magically decided to show up haha..

Are you able to file a claim with the city to recover costs for the out of pocket expenses?
