Can't Get A Straight Answer....

I have a '06 325xi, and I have an opportunity to pick up a set of 17" wheels and tires from a 535i. With that, the new setup will be a little taller at 225/55/17 and a 30mm offset. Will there be any rubbing concerns with running the new set? Thanks in advance.
