I have a 2010 328i, and am trying to enhance the angel eyes. Do I just replace the bulbs or the eyes itself? Thank you.

Have you tried caressing them gently ?
![]() Seriously, what do you mean by "enhancing" them ? Angel Eyes are only for cosmetic purposes, and are not intended to function as driving lights.

Lol, instead of the dim yellow angel eyes (factory installed), I want to make them brighter.

There are two types of Angel Eyes:
CFFL, which are dimmer and softer, but *many* have reported car fires after installing them ( And LEDs, which are much brighter, but have individual segments (rather than a smooth continuous tube like CFFLs). Many people think LEDs are obnoxious and TOO bright. Tough choice....
