What did you do in your BMW last night?

A thread for sharing what you did in your 6er last night. Maybe you took a long drive? Maybe you had a hot date? Maybe you had a slight case of road rage? We want to know!

Well, to kick it off, had a boring night.

Went to fill up my tank at the Sunoco, because I like their 93 ultra and that they don't charge extra for using credit cards. So it just started to snow. Like thick, heavy, wet snow that was building up fast. I pull into the station and the attendant starts to fill it up. Then goes behind my car and starts writing something in the snow on my trunk. No big deal, but I thought what the hell? Why is he doing that? So I got out of the car and said what's up bro? Then walked around back, fully expecting to see like a curse word or him calling me a name or something stupid, but the guy is drawing like squares and shapes in the snow on my car. I'm like what are doing bro? Please don't do that. He didn't say anything and just stood there with a stupid look on his face staring at his picture. So I waited until my tank was full, closed it up, said thanks, waited until he walked away and brushed off his masterpiece of artwork on my car, like no thanks buddy!

It's like whatever, but who does that? So freaking weird! Like dude, don't touch my 6!

I finished installing my Carbon Fiber BMW Roundels everywhere. No more blue!

I drank beer in my 6er parked in my garage haha.

Well it wasn't last night, but this after noon, I found a deserted 2 lane highway in West Texas and decided to find top end on this car............................

In the event you haven't done this in an 09 650, let's just say the big number on the speedometer is correct.

How lucky you are to find an empty highway. Hard to get those here in California.

I just realized that you're from Calabasas, which is where I got my 650i just recently.

Lot's of straight long highway out here. I do feel your pain, I don't think you would be able to pull that off on the 405. And if you tried, we'd see you on fox news with a police escort and helicopter coverage.

Played the alnum Pink Floyd Money on the way to work on a cool windows down day here in Sunny South Florida

Went to fight night at taekwondo, stayed for boot camp then drug my tired old backside home...woo hoo!

You may not be aware, but these cars have a limiter on them. Did you get to 145 mph?

Thanks, you are correct. I am just about finished with a laundry list of upgrades and mods. In the next few weeks I'll be finished (for now) and then I'll post the entire list and change the pics. Nothing drastic, not pimped out, just lots of little improvements.

Delimited they do about 180 mph I think.

Well I thought it did. Was pulling pretty strong and seemed pretty stable.

It may have made 180. It wasn't pulling as hard as my C6 Z06, but it was moving down the road.
