Question about low beams, and high beams
I have 6000K headlights and fog lights keep in mind
Now: If I have my headlights and fog lights on they emit great light, but not very distant If I push the stick forward and have the "high beams" on it's still the HID light, and the fogs shut off but the light seems to go so far. However, if I pull the stick forward it gets the yellow halogen light, and looks like a standard halogen. Is there a way to have those "high beams" on and the fog lights. Or would that be too annoying to other drivers. IDK it seems like there are 2 different high beam settings.....

Shouldnt drive with high beams for show that could endanger others around town. If you feel your light output is low, keep in mind 6000k isnt optimal light output for xenons.
If you mean level of the lamps you can adjust it. Just dont put it too high and blind on coming drivers. I can deal with it but some times i get peeved at people when their lamps shine directly in my fAce because they arent supposed to be aimed that way. One is for flashing people, others are high beams.

Seriously? You're talking about driving around with your main beam permanently switched on.
Your car has bi-xenon headlights. When you pull the stick back, you'll get a momentary flash from the two inboard halogen lights. When you push the stick forward, the shutters in the two out outer xenon lamps opens up, turning your dipped beam xenons into main beam xenons and staying switched on until you switch them off again. |
