E90 armrest lid *cover* replacement

Can anyone advise on how to change the armrest lid cover (just the lid cover) on a e90?

I need to replace the leather cover of the lid.

After few hour of searching i start with experimenting with my armrest and I was succesful

I prepare simple DIY, it is in slovak language, but you can use google translator.
