Heater & Air Con Buttons not Working

Hi all,


Im new to this site and joined for some advice as today my M3 panel that houses the heater /ac controls is not functioning. Im not sure which fuse controls these but i have checked them all and they all seem to be fine, so i have no idea what might be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

wish i could help is the car under any warranty?

Does it come back on sometimes
