Must Be Thermostat?
So I think my problem with my car blowing cool air when sent to 90 on high is a stuck open thermostat.
Last night, I ran the car indoors in my shop for at least 15-20min (its 70 in the shop) air got nice and hot but could not get the engine temp above 69 degrees C. From what I've read, its supposed to be around 100-105C. Today I start it up in the shop, blowing warm air and as soon as I start driving the air starts getting cooler and engine water temp is down to mid 50sC. So I believe that the thermostat is stuck open correct? How difficult is it to change on these and where is it located?

Difficulty not sure. But it's located in the water pump

It's super EASY!!! 15 minutes its connected to the bottom hose and water pump.

Thermostat should give a check engine light and code.

i see couple thermostats stuck open-easy to change and then you get better MPG
