My new toy, a very mint 97 ///M3/5/4 with the Lux Package, 187k miles, it's Cosmos Schwartz on Magma, came with 18x8.5 Enkei RPF01, H&R springs w/ Billy sports, lightened flywheel and sport clutch(?), had a momo steering wheel with no airbag so I swapped it with a 3 spoke one and an active autowerke exhaust...

Since I had bought a new CSB, flex disc, clutch kit, short shifter kit and a few maintenance items for the coupe, everything will go on the sedan...

Overall great looking and maintained car... Dude is a BMW enthusiast, has an e30 m3, X5(which my wife in interested in) and an X3...

Once I sell the coupe I will be buying an expensive set of coilovers... Any recommendations? I want to slam it and also the occasional track run...

2 jobs 80+ hours a week, $200 rent and the occasional bank heist...

In all seriousness, I work my ass off... I probably get about 2-3 days off a month...

I want to, but I don't have the space or time for a project, this is why I bought the sedan in a condition where it only needs small maintenance, where as the coupe needs, a tranny swap, paint, interior parts are missing and have to fix the wiring which PO had wired some TVs...

Sedan will be somewhat a FI candidate in the future...

Patrick, you need to either distract her "Look honey, it's shiny!"

Or make her happier. "Look honey, it's sparkly!".

Ed- I tried that with the X3 I looked at. Guy only wanted $6k for an 04, sport package, 6speed. I offered its shiny, and can carry the kayaks.

she said, it costs $6k.... she's really protective of our fund-age. Probably from our earlier days when we had none, and watched ever freakin penny... some habits die hard.

oh well- I'm bring the 328 into the shop to get its head gasket done. I don't have time.

Brad- We actually do that... I get $300 a month to spend as I please. It generally goes into the car/phone/lunch/beer budget
