Arrow Heater not working

Folks, for the past month, the heater is not working properly; it's been intermittently. Since Monday there's no heat at all in this severe cold weather in NorthEast. I've read a lot of posting here, some says it's the heater valve, FSU, cooling system flush etc.

This is what I did this morning, I check the heater valve and it's cold. I set the temperature to 60 F and switch to cold and cold air comes alright, then switch to 90 F and still cold air but not as cold as 60 F. Then change to 90 F and switch to heat and no air comes at all. Check the air at the cabin filter under the hood and it's cold. Finally, car temperature is cold just above the blue mark, never got to middle since Monday.

I need help now since I'm freezing in this brutal weather.

Thanks for you help!!!
