I was more wondering about the open window?

Having never done this, having the window open seems odd.

Having never done a track day or driving school I'm not sure about this, but I believe some of them require you to have the windows down. Safety thing in case you need to get out and can't open a door.

i wish my bucket of bolts was clean enough to pass tech on a nice track like that.

I just wish wasn't so expensive or I would go all the time!

Virtually all tracks require the windows to be fully closed or fully open (driver's choice), but you cannot leave your windows partially open/closed. Most prefer to have the windows open, even in the rain, etc.

depends on the club...I like to have them down..I feel more connected to the car in a weird way

Watched the whole 30+ minutes just before the start of the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona yesterday. It was funny.....I'm watching the race and can tell what turn is coming up, and even if they have the right line or not.
