door bounce off while closing

Today it's only 13F outside. When I try to close the door, the door just bounce off. I have to try several times to make it lock so that I can apply alarm. It happened before. I vaguely remember it was also cold. Any suggestion?

You could also try using a de-icer with graphite lubricant.
