Rear Break Pad Service Light not resetting!!
Recently I had my rear brakes done (brake pads and brake sensor) on my BMW 335i 2008
the mechanic was trying to reset the warning... but now both rear and front is giving ----  (before reset, it was indicating 16,000km for front)and all other services are out of whack now !!!! car inspection was due in couple of months but now is indicating it's in 2015 and.... My warranty has been expired .. Any info would greatly help Thanks

I don`t know about E90s, but E46s don`t reset themselves automatically, you have to help it along by doing the following:
Turn the key to Position Two and leave it there for about 30 seconds....then turn it to OFF. It will reset after that. Worth a try on your car...
