Tailgate piece fell off
Closed the tailgate on the X3 and this piece popped off:
![]() ![]() ![]() Zooming in: ![]() It's on the underside of the piece. Doesn't look like adhesive would work as it has very little to adhere to, so I'm thinking I need a new piece. Thoughts? Weird, eh?

Looks like an edge. You could try gluing it and temporarily putting some tape until the glue dries, but I think you need a new part. Let us know.

I haven't seen that happen before...but it looks like you need part number 3. Unfortunately not cheap after you get it painted:
