E60 (2004 - 2010)

Get a 2005 525i or 2008 328i?
They seem to be around same price - $18K

The 525 - looks bigger??

Other than that - same car roughly with engines and transmissions?

Sorry am new to BMW and once start looking everyone has a friend selling one!

My first choice was 328i but now friend knows a guy has the 525i

Biggest difference in them would be?

Appreciate any advice and help!
