Costco MOBILE 1 Synthetic OIL on sale
I remember some members were wondering were we get our oils so cheap. well here is your chance to grab some if you or your friend or family member has membership at Costco.
I got costco circular in mail. it has special sale from Jan 31 to Feb 28. you can get $ 10 off on purchase of 6 Qts. of mobile 1 motor oil. There is a limit of 3.

whats the normal price for 6qts? I grabbed about 10qts when NAPA had their $5.89/qt sale. That was pretty decent.

BJs normally has it for $35/6 qt. I pick up a box whenever they have their $10 off coupon.

I buy Castrol 0W30 European formula (BMW LL-01) whenever it's on sale. With 5k oil change intervals, you can find any oil on sale before you need it.

NAPA autoparts sells NAPA-brand synthetic, made by Valvoline, $3.50/qt when on sales.
Walmart has Castrol and Quaker State Synthetic at $5/qt all the time), $25 for 5 qts.

Most synthetic oils you buy these days are very good.
Castrol is an excellent Co., I have been using Castrol Synthetic for years, zero problems. Last edited by cn90; 01-29-2013 at 10:01 AM.
