Ordering a 320i and have a few questions

Hi guys. I've been out of the BMW world for a while, so please excuse the noob questions. I did a search but couldn't find answers to these readily:

1) Is the (invoice) price list out yet? I'd like to do Euro Del, so ED invoice figures would be most helpful.

2) Any serious rumors of an upcoming 320d? I'd love order one of those, especially a manual transmission one, but I'm not sure the average American BMW buyer is quite ready for that combo. I've been hearing noise about BMW offering us a small diesel for a while now, but maybe with fuel around $4 a gallon and more stringent EPA standards we'll finally see it....??

3) Has anyone been successful in ordering an AWD version with a manual transmission? Why would they exclude that combo?

4) It seems that BMW is now offering a number of discounts, a lot of which I'm actually eligible for: BMWCCA, Recent Graduate, Customer Loyalty, etc. Is there a limit on the number of these discounts one can take advantage of simultaneously?

Thanks.

All signs point to a 4-cyl diesel coming. 99.9% sure it will be only automatic.
3) Has anyone been successful in ordering an AWD version with a manual transmission? Why would they exclude that combo? They must have their reasons, probably because of low sales of that combo.
4) It seems that BMW is now offering a number of discounts, a lot of which I'm actually eligible for: BMWCCA, Recent Graduate, Customer Loyalty, etc. Is there a limit on the number of these discounts one can take advantage of simultaneously? I'm pretty sure all these can be combined.
Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply Itgb. Where did you get the invoice price info. Is a price list available yet?

You can extrapolate the invoice prices from the MSRP and invoice prices that are available at www.bmwconfig.com.

Simply deduct 7% off the prices?

BTW, bmwconfig won't let me input the year/model when using Chrome, but does work with Safari.
