2013 X3 pricing
My wife is looking at a 2013 X3, just wondering what others are paying for the new X3 these days. We are in the Northeast US region, is invoice price realistic for a brand new X3?

when i was shopping for my 2013 x3 28i, most dealers would only do 5~6% off for custom order. Finally a dealer told me he could agree to do 7% off for custom or 8% off if I buy in stock. I walked in and bought a in stock X3 with 9% off MSRP. They told me they could do it because it was end of the month.
Above discount should not include any BMW incentives. |

no i bought it end of september last year, so end of the 3rd quarter? I dont know how much that matters, but yea I think my deal was great but rare. I also felt smaller dealerships were more inflexible about prices.

I think I got ~ $2700 off MSRP. Mine was an order, so maybe they were not as flexible as they would be for one on the lot. Perhaps I could have gotten it a little cheaper at another dealer but I like this dealer and they provide free loaners. I also got $1000 holiday cash back and $500 BMWCCA rebate which helped a bit.

X,
One suggestion, no matter where you buy, is to find out when the dealership has an allocated 28i or 35i Build slot that they will use for your X3. If the dealer will sell you an X3 for $xxx over invoice, but doesnt have an appropriate build slot for two months, then that might play an important part in your decision. |
