4 Month Shut Down

Hi Everyone!

I own a 2006 BMW Z4 3.0i and in general it runs great. But every 4 months or so the following happens:

1) The Bluetooth stops working
2) 2-3 days later my car won't start.

After I jump the car, everything is fine for another 3-4 months. Any ideas as to what is going on?
