Just joined the X5///M world two weeks ago with a 2010 black/black, and came across this thread while shopping for another set of wheels. Come Tuesday when I pick it back up, I'll have owned it 18 days and have had it at the dealership for 9 of those days. At least they finally decided to replace the injectors, plugs, and wires. Better their dime than mine!

Welcome and congrats! Sorry for the recent troubles, but I bet she sure gives you a smile when she's running well!

I'd like to get a meet up together one day with all of these awesome X5M beasts one day...so this is just a feeler to see how many of you are in the area.

It wasn't really giving me trouble. I had just read about the potential problem, so I wanted it handled before the warranty expires. The rest of the time there was used installing a trailer hitch, handling an open recall, and replacing a license plate bulb. I'm using that warranty!
