E63 / E64 6 Series (2003 - 2013)
The E63/E64 BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

Question Correct Tire/Rim Size on a 650i xDrive

I recently purchased a 2013 650i xDrive Gran Coupe with the M Sport Package. During my review of the car & owners manual I have discovered that the car has the wrong size rear tires & rims on it. The car currently has Good Year Eagle LS2 tires, size 245/40R19 on both the front and rear of the vehicle. According to the Owners Manual, Vehicle Inquiry Repot, 6 Series Brochure, Window Sticker, BMW description on-line, and the BMW Build Page on the web the front tires should be 19 x 8.5, 245/40 and the rear tires should be 19 x 9, 275/35 (Style 351M) when the M SPORT Package is ordered. Based on my research it appears that a mistake was made somewhere down the line. Has anybody else come across this issue, or am I missing something?

Your tire size should be on the inside of the drivers side door jam. With the 650 being a xdrive, it possibly might have been built that way on purpose. The is a thread somewhere on here that will show your build sheet, as it left the factory.

Good Luck!

I took a look at the BMW USA site and downloaded the spec sheet for the GC xDrive.

The specs show the car comes with Style 423 in 19x8.5 and 245/40-19 at all 4 corners standard.
Style 351M in 19x8.5 and 245/40-19 at all 4 corners if you order the M Sport package.
There are two optional staggered wheels listed.

The non-xDrive M Sport version of the GC come with staggered wheels.

Here is the web page with the specs.

And the link for detailed specs download.
