Marketing via web - SEO or PPC?
Can anyone share their experience if they're using SEO (search engine optimization) or PPC?
I want my website to pop up on the first page, even better would be top 3 when certain key words are used in Google Search. How do I find out who is best to pay for having this done, and does anyone have a clue what the average costs are?

depends on the keywords - some goals are just never gonna happen.
I've been working web development/SEO for many years - sometimes ppc is a valid option - but never the first option imo.
