NEED HELP with Performance part recommendations.

Hey guys, after getting embarassed by a modded mustang I have decided I need to upgrade my set up. Currently I have a 2008 e92 m3 with an intake, other than that it is bone stock. I am alotting myself a $12k budget to include parts and installation. What would give me the most bang for my buck for that amount of money? Superchargers?exhaust? pulleys? Any recommendations would be helpful. Please include part make and model too! Thanks
