Reliability of 2011 X3
My brother is looking at buying a preowned off lease X3 with 21,000 miles. Are these any good? Have they had many problems?? Thx

So far 18,000 miles and no issues. It's actually getting better with some miles on it.

Just purchased a 2011 X3 3.0D MSport with 19,000 miles. Very happy with my purchase. Fantastic car.

25,000 miles and the only issue that I've had is that the headlight washers sometimes don't retract. I haven't gotten around to having the dealer look at it yet.

30k miles here. Only issue ive had has been the driver window sqeaking. Bmw has replaced a few items in the assembly to get it quiet again. Love the instant torque of the 3L turbo too.

13K miles on mine. Repeat issues with low-speed drive-ability...small throttle inputs at low speed produce unpredictable results. Most prominent when slowing to a near stop then attempting to gently accelerate to previous speed. Dealer updated software & still have problem. Currently in dialog with BMW Customer Care rep.
