Man $39 for the one button I need, I guess I'll just keep popping it back in when it falls out until i can find one for like $10 bucks.

I'm working with an Asian supplier that actually does make the replacement caps. I had two sample panels in my hands a couple days back. I'm very picky where it comes to quality and did not expect much from this copy, but I gotta say that the quality is outstanding. I haven't checked all of the buttons, but the ones I did remove and compare to the originals I actually liked better then the originals as they have reinforcement on the back of the buttons, which does not change the way they are installed or the way they look, but should definitely make them last longer if not outlast the car. I tried fitting them to the OEM panel and they fit just fine. The only issue I did find was the text on the buttons which appeared not as white as the OEM. I talked to them, they recognize the issue and are going to fix it. I shipped the two samples back together with the brand new OEM panel that I had to ensure they do proper color matching. If anyone is interested they should be available in about two months and the cost should be much more reasonable.

I need the one that everyone else needs and that's the fan speed button which has the symbol of a fan and the -/+ on either side. Does anyone have one?
Thanks

I know the original post in this thread is 7 years old and the OP won't be helped by the following, but maybe someone will.

If your button is missing and your concern is that you can't adjust whatever that button was for, at the bottom center of the hole where the button belongs is a tiny metal tab. Push that tab in to adjust the setting.

The PO of my car included a new climate control panel with the car. I'm glad to know I can just take a couple of buttons out of it and put them in my car, rather than change the panel...
