Thank you for the welcome! The individual who owned the car previously was responsible for essentially all of the mods. Most of his work seems to be decent but his apparent penchant for high end sound systems has made some his wiring "unique." I am by no means an accomplished mechanic, so any advice I throw out there is intended to to be helpful, but is given with the goal of not having the potential of making things any worse (see my ecu reset suggestion). When things get complex, I'll always defer to those on the board with stronger credentials (95% of this forum). I'll be asking far more questions than I answer, trust me. Below is my first attempt at posting a picture. She's a 1991 M5 (3.6) with just over 64k miles.
