'04 X3 Keyless Go w/ Pushstart & Remote Start

This topic isn't popular in the Search tool probably because it is frowned upon. However, myself and some others benefit from it as it serves a convenience despite the talked about potential engine harm (although all of our previous vehicles with remote start installed never had any engine problems).
Nonetheless, I installed this because carrying two infants plus bags makes it very difficult to grab key fob from pocket. Also, having the defroster and heated seats turned on shortly after remote starting saved A LOT of precious time especially if running late.

This was installed about 6 months ago and I have since uninstalled due to the system being defective (cheap China made) but the other exact system in our MB ML350 works great. The quality Viper 59xx series is on its way and if supported I will take pictures and write up a DIY as a contribution back to community.
