Need help with the tuner mod on a 2006 750

I am trying to find the am/fm tuner I pulled the drivers side back piller of and it looks nothing like the ones everyone else has done. Is it located in a different place on the 06 or it is change completely ?

If you have an 06 just retrofit the factory aux input bro, any idea what the build date for your car is?

well it looks like I have DBA tuner in the trunk not sure if the mod can be done or not.

The aux mod didn't work. I have a facelift car but my hardware revision is to old.

Buy an 07 or 08 ASK Unit and retrofit the aux cable like I did

If you get a newer ask unit and retrofit the cable you will have aux? You dont have to also uprgrade the mmi?

For 02-05 7 series yes you'd also have to upgrade mmi, for 2006 7 series no.

Ok I have an 05, I want a quality aux so I was between the tuner mod or get a fiber optic interface like the one from navtv gor audio since I have the video interface already
